Accurate Coding is our Highest Priority
​Stalking Horse only employs credentialed onshore and experienced coders in the industry. All of our coders are either AAPC or AHIMA certified and are required to maintain both a high quality of work product and productivity standards. We internally require and maintain an accuracy rating of 95% by utilizing a rigorous internal code over code quality assurance methodology. We pride ourselves on providing industry leading turnaround time and accuracy. The quality will not be compromised by our productivity rate.
Quality Assurance and Continuous Education
​Our internal quality assurance (QA) program is designed to continuously monitor coders work quality. QA results are given in written form followed by a conference with a senior team member to provide further feedback and education as necessary.
